Different front picture than the other one listed. I would describe this book as in fair condition. There is writing on the first page. Pages itself are in very good condition. Binding itself is intact. It's the binding outside edge that's missing some of its paper as to why I'm listing it as fair. Measures approx 11x9". All books have been stored for decades in a non-smoking home. They will be shipped via usps book rate with add'l insurance for those that sell for over $100.
