This book is new and unread and has been in storage for a couple of years. The weight of the book has led to the spine cloth being a little loose and the book very slightly cocked. This sounds worse than it is! It is actually a beautiful copy but I just like to highlight any imperfections however minor. The buyer of this book will have no regrets - it is quite lovely and very moving in its depiction of a city left to decay.
