These letters were published by the U.S. Department of The Interior in 1966. These letters and documents are about a sea voyage of a whaling ship starting in May 1867 from New Bedford, Massachusetts. The letters are written by the Captain's wife to her cousin Sarah. There are also documents showing the map of the voyage and other drawings. Published in 1966 about 100 years after the events took place. The collection comes as shown in the photos given in good pre-owned condition.
