Description: Antique book from 1874 this is a personal collection piece, and there’s no specific date on the copyright page except for the only date that appears at the end of the Preface to the Second Edition , you will notice it says September 1874. 672 pages, Hard cover, this appears to be the revised second edition from the author it is also illustrated. The binding is strong with considerable fading on the exterior spine, page edges show wear around the perimeter and some interior pages have some precise tear marks that are precise, almost like a blade went through them. All pages are good otherwise, I love the ruffled edges of this book. Light Pencil marks toward the back as shown. Again this book is Antique. Please study all photographs.
