The Darksaber (Proffie, LED blade)

Description: This realistic recreation of the Darksaber responds to minute changes in angle and position to replicate the iconic hum of the on-screen weapon. This saber is designed to use an LED blade to produce film-faithful visual effects that also respond gyroscopically to the motion of the hilt. The Proffie install incorporates all the newest features and effects, and the SD card comes prepared with dozens of character-derived sound fonts. Included with the saber is a blade and blade plug, as well as an extensive operation manual. Each of our sabers includes a custom, in-house build of ProffieOS that incorporates every visual effect introduced in the latest release, in addition to the baseline ProffieOS features (blaster block, lockup, force power activation, optional background music, etc): • lightning block, stab, tip melt, and tip drag animations,• gesture controls, i.e., swing or stab to turn on, twist to turn off,• font-specific blade effects that activate with the use of force power effects, reacting to the accelerometer,• buttonless force powers (activated with force push motion; can easily be turned on/off),• automatic blaster block mode (gentle accelerations produce blaster deflection effect; can easily be turned on/off),• automatic lockup mode (saber clashes immediately transition into lockup effect unless the board detects that the blade has moved away after a clash occurs),• on-the-fly color and volume editing with preferences saved to the removable memory,• automatic deep sleep mode and font-customized low battery warning. Our sabers also come installed with fifty saber fonts, each meticulously crafted from the ground up using HD quality audio for the saber sound effects, and replacing all default ProffieOS audio cues with appropriate font-specific alternatives, so that every font is made to feel as if you are stepping into the characters they represent. Saber-wielding characters from across the Skywalker saga and expanded universe are present among these fonts including Luke, Vader, Yoda, Dooku, Jinn, Kenobi, Windu, Anakin, Ventress, Ahsoka, Rey, Maul, Ren, Bridger, Kestis, and many more.
