Description: Captain Sensible & Rat Scabies signed 'I Just Can't Be Happy Today' 7" vinyl single, originally released in 1979 through Chiswick/EMI Records. Captain Sensible and Rat Scabies have hand-signed the front of the sleeve in blue ink (Captain Sensible has just put "Sensible". This item was originally purchased through Omega Auctions Thr sleeve has wear along the edges and corners, and there is some surface wear and ring marks (see photos for further reference). The vinyl has a few marks, but overall in decent condition for it's age - note this is untested and is being sold purely as a piece of signed memorabilia.
