These boot jacks/boot pulls are designed by myself and then precision cut with a CNC machine for perfection. They are hand-sanded down to a fine smooth surface and then stained. I then use epoxy resin to color the engraving so it lasts for years and years. Paint wears off....epoxy doesn't. After epoxy cures, there are FOUR coats of polyacrylic added for a smooth buttery waterproof finish that will last for years.
