Description: Here is a used, physically good condition type 1L20, VHF-Microwave Spectrum Analyzer plug-in for Tektronix's 500 series scopes etc. Covers 10 MHz to 4.2 GHz. Not very common anymore! The TEK 491 SA basically was a 1L10,1L20 & 1L30 packed into a 422 O'scope mainframe! Looks very good but I do not have a 500 series scope anymore so I cant test it, so I am selling this "AS-IS", as I don't want anyone disappointed, but it looks good so, like all older Tek stuff, probably works fine.
