Description: Tektronix P6046 Differential Probe , Power / IFC , case * This probe system is not working * I last used this about 3 years ago and was testing a system with signals well under +/- 4 volts. There were no higher voltage present. You know why I'm telling you this. It was working fine and then stopped. I had no time to pursue the problem and set it aside. It is in good, clean condition but BROKEN. Includes: probe, interface / power supply and original case with white styrofoam insert. Will ship only to continental USA, no exceptions so don't ask.
