Description: This Waters 464 Pulsed Electrochemical Detector is in good to fair cosmetic condition with signs of use. This unit has scuffs and scratches present, as well as some staining. I was able to power on this unit, however it only illuminated the Potential Overload light and didn't appear to boot any further. I do not have the knowledge or equipment to further diagnose or test this unit, so it is sold As-Is.
