Description: Suzuki Professional Violin No. 540-4 / 4 Ebony Fitting Hand Made Brand New Stunningly beautiful "advanced" violin from Suzuki, model No. 540. Made in Japan in 2018. Amazing sound quality for the price. Features a high quality Despiau Superieur bridge and Thomastik Dominan strings. The violin is in truly excellent, in all brand new condition that has never been played before. There are no cracks, repairs, seam separations or any other structural defects. In Suzuki's model line-up, the 540 model stands out. To begin with, it is a handmade violin (as opposed to a machined one). This model has been traditionally made by carving out the front and back plates from a sufficiently thick, well aged wood plate. Each violin was carefully crafted by an experienced Suzuki craftsman. To make this model, Suzuki uses what it describes as "carefully selected" Spruce for the top and "carefully selected" Maple for the back/sides/neck. The pegs, fingerboard, tailpiece, nut and end pin are made of true Ebony. This item is sold As-Described and cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed.
