Two small Phillips screws hold the Top Cap in place. Remove these two screws. The Top Cap and Top Swivel will separate from the Top Section · Slide the Double Swivel off the Top Section of the Flagpole. · Slide the replacement Double Swivel onto the Top Section of the Flagpole. · Replace the Top Swivel, Top Cap and two small Phillips screws. · Reattach the Gold Ball and/or Eagle, if applicable.
