The nylon filaments are steamed during the spinning process to deliver a softer organic texture. This added dimension coupled with the overall fabric density makes the fabric ideally adapted for wearing in a variety of contexts. A final garment dye treatment imbues the fabric with distinct tonal character absent from other nylon. An anti-drop formula is added to the dye to ensure optimal water and dirt repellence. STYLEFIELD JACKET WITH STOWABLE SPLIT HOOD: Field Jacket in Naslan Light. The stand-up collar is divided in two overlapping sections, each one carrying half of the STOWABLE SPLIT HOOD; the hood is assembled through a zipper with snaps and Velcro bands. The upper part of the jacket holds two chest pockets with hidden vertical zipper fastenings. The bottom part, in technical nylon mesh, works as a lining for the upper part; the visible bottom part of the jacket hosts two hand pockets with horizontal zipper fastening. Elasticized cuffs.
