This rig is the ultimate in distilling for those that want one still that can do it all, each plate means each distillation process to refining the spirits as neutral as it can. In principle the more plate you use the more neutral it will be, but it make less sense after 4 still/plate. However, we can supply extra still plate modular/bubble tee to add-on yourself if you want a better setup for more purier spirits.. The still come with is a 30cm heavy-duty stainless steel dome/lid, and you have choice of 25L/35L plain kettle which can be heated by gas burner or an induction heater. Or you can choose 35L digiboil or 65L digiboil to use this still. We supply heavy duty lid and 3 inch to 2 inch reducer to adapt the condensor. This still has a short reflux condenosr on top of 4 x bubble plates, and has a long condensor as the main pot still condensor. With the 4 of bubble plate the distillation shall run as 4 times of distillation/refining so that you will get more high quality of spirits you want. The Kit come with silicone bung and airlock, so you can also use the boiler as fermenter if you don't have one. It is legal to use a still without a license for either water purification or essential oil extraction. But You must have a license to produce alcohol using a still In Australia.
