Description: Star Wars Kenner 1985 Droids A-Wing Fighter in loose condition. It is still in decent shape for being loose. The canopy pops open as it should and the landing gear also operates correctly. It has some decals applied, not all of them, and some are misapplied-see pictures. We've had it for over 35 years, never displayed it, it'll look great in your display or collection! We inserted batteries to try the electronics but alas, it is like a lot of other A-Wings out there, the tech department dropped the ball, there is no sound or light!?! The battery compartment is clean, there was NO leakage from the batteries. We've found 2+ other A-Wing offerings on ebay where the sound does not work, looks like there may be an inherent problem with the circuitry in the A-Wings!We will pay for insurance and signature confirmation on this item due to the cost involved, any issues occurred during shipping will require a claim with the USPS filed by the buyer.
