Description: Stanley No 45 Combination Plane Type 8 1907-1908, Chestnut Box Bottom 20 Cutters. The plane box and cutters box are missing their lids. Has both long and short sets of sliding rods, the cam rest stop, the #8 siltter and the slitter depth stop, forward depth stop and beading depth stop. The set includes all 20 cutters, plow cutters #10-19 (1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, and 7/8), Bead cuttters #21-#27 (1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2), the #8 slitter, the #1 Sash Tool, and the #5 Match Tool. The slitter and rear depth stop's shouldered thumbscrew was missing and has been replaced by 2 washers and a Stanley regular fence type of thumbscrew. It does work in the rear stop/slitter location.
