Technically the guide is new since I never read it and never used it otherwise, however that doesn't mean it came mint from the store. These are the flaws I've noted: - Price sticker in upper corner, which likely will come off with a skilled hand. I leave that for the new owner so I don't harm it. - Some general wear on the edges, mostly the front bottom edge where it was shelved and on the spine. - A few small creases in the very corners of the covers. - Otherwise a crisp, smooth guide with crisp unused pages. The flaws can be seen in the pictures, with some up close like the wear on the spine and edge wear. For the Gameboy Advance (GBA) version of the game.Please judge the photos carefully for yourself. It looks very nice in person in my opinion.
