It is intended as a four player game, one player is the defender and controls the forces of the US and Canada (Mexico and Central America were Ameridcan-occupied territory). Game show wear/tear from age/storage. Box shows scuffing and repairs. Contents include 393 punched counters (missing 7), large game board/maps (show use including scuffs), rules (cover seperated, stains), charts and photocopies of extra/variant rules and counters. A bit musty from 40-year storage. There may be other minor age related defects. IMO this is a player's copy. It is in good to fair condition for age.
