Description: This is a new introduction for 2024! This is a STARTER plant of a "Sparkler" Mangave plant. Ok, here is the scoop on Mangave "Sparkler". I know almost NOTHING about this plant, and Google doesn't seem to know much either! It came to me in a roundabout way, and the person I got it from doesn't have any info either! SO, all I can say is that it looks completely unlike any agave I know of, but DOES look like several manfredas. I don't have any mature plants yet, but it supposedly gets about 12" tall, and 12" wide. So what are the parents? I honestly don't know. If you know, tell me, please! :) What I do know is that it grows fairly fast, and has some really neat splotchy purple striping/dots on it. Please look at the pictures carefully, what you'll receive looks very similar. Also, my quantities on this are very limited! Mangaves are a great hybrid of Agaves and Manfreda plants. The pictures are of a plant similar to what you'll receive. These starter plants range in size from about 6" to 10" wide. This plant is currently in a 3.25" pot, but will be shipped bare root with some soil. These will dry out quickly in shipping, and will probably arrive a little floppy. Pot them up and give them a drink, and they'll spring back quickly! All plants are sent bare root, unless noted. If you need heat packs, we have them in our store, just add them to your order.
