I did not notice any major damage, brakes or repairs. The only thing I noticed was a few nicks in the wood here and there that could easily be touched up. Other than that the door is in good condition, we have had several dutch doors in the past that did not seem to be that sturdy. This door is very solid and sturdy and top and bottom portion fit together beautifully. tried to include all of the detail in the photos.
