Description: This pair of bookends is original and were manufactured in the mid-20th century (1941-1969) by Gaylord. They feature raised relief and are designed with a 1950s MCM style. The space age mid-century design has a concave ellipse shape and are teal or turquoise in color. Made of high-quality plastic with a glossy finish, they are strong yet lightweight. As they are around 70 years old, they are in very good condition and show light signs of wear, but no cracks or breaks. See photos. Most of the wear is on the base; the faces need to be looked at up close to notice anything. I have three pair total and will combine shipping if more than one is purchased. See my other listings.
