Description: South Dakota License Plate Pair 1974 HM-2622, with Mount Rushmore Memorial Scene. Condition is used, because they are in poor shape. Just taken out of the original plastic wrapper. Plastic has been thrown away, as it was sticky, stinky and ripped up. These plates have been wet inside of the wrapper, so they have rust, bubbling, & flaking paint.
