Since Panzer Tank IV Sd Kfz 161 no longer has its original box, it will be wrapped carefully with bubble wrap, packing material, and mailed in a new white corrugated double walled reinforced cardboard box with a flap that opens and closes easily. Actual size models of German Panzer Tank IV Sd Kfz 161, Twin 30mm Anti-craft Autocannons are last three photographs in this listing. Flakpanzer IV Kugelblitz featured an enclosed turret armed with twin 30mm Rheinmetall-Borsig MK 103 aircraft autocannons. German built only five pilot vehicles during 1944-1945. Kugelblitz combined chassis and basic superstructure of Panzer IV tank with a newly designed oscillating turret. Turret was fully enclosed, with overhead protection and 360° traverse. Each 30mm autocannon could fire 450 rounds a minute. Mass production was planned, but never happened due to disruption by American and British bombing campaigns. Solido tanks are aptly named, as they are truly “solid” with very heavy die-cast metal bodies. They are quite detailed and the quality is fabulous! Please note that typically, Solido tanks and armored fighting vehicles are made in a 1:50 scale while the support vehicles, which include the jeeps and staff cars, are produced in a slightly larger 1:43 scale.
