One 10-pc kit needs 2 lbs of clear soap. Using 2 lbs, a 10-pc kit will make ten 3.2 ounce bars of soap. This soap kit contains the soap base. Kit does not contain a fragrance, so if you want your bars to smell like something, fragrance or essential oils are easily purchased at a vitamin store or even at Walmart (vitamin aisle).
