After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return back to us. warranty Warranty Info Suspension Experts, LLC (Strutmasters) warrants to the original retail purchaser that each new Strutmasters branded product purchased from an authorized dealer shall be free from defects for the periods listed below when used on private passenger cars and light trucks for personal use under normal operating conditions. Warranty Period Strutmasters extends a 1 Year warranty on all Strutmasters branded shocks, struts, and springs. Strutmasters extends a 90 Day warranty on SmartRide branded shocks, struts, and springs. Warranty Details This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. If for any reason you find it necessary to alter a product you must receive written consent from a Strutmasters technician. This warranty will not cover surface finish, boot or mounting hardware such as, but not limited to, rubber bushings or dust covers. If a replacement is required prior to returning the defective product, a deposit for the replacement may be required. The deposit charge will be refunded upon receipt of the warrantied item. If the product is purchased in error or is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for shipping the products back at their expense and will be subject to a restocking fee as outlined in our return policy.
