It is shown on a baby head rather than an appropriate dolly head. I don't have good pictures of the smaller size. This smaller size has proportionately shorter curls. The will reach to the shoulder of your doll. They may be tight upon arrival. You can stretch them to the desired length by dampening your fingers, sliding them through the curls, holding stretched to the desired length till dry. The color is pretty accurate. .
