Description: Shenango China STATES LINE Salad Plates set of 5 vintage steamship liner rare! For your consideration is this rare set of (5) vintage Shengano China States Line 8-1/8” salad plates plus bonus plate. I believe based on the date code, these were made in 1970. (5) plates are in very good vintage condition with no significant issues to note. Just normal signs of age and wear consistent with use on an ocean liner. A couple plates have discoloration to the undersides but the top sides are fine. The 6th plate has a large hairline crack. I will tape it before packing to help protect it in shipment but can't guarantee this one will arrive intact if subject to temperature extremes or rough handling. Please consider this plate as a bonus. See pics. They will weigh about 10-11 lbs packed safely. Thank you!
