This title is now published annually and debuted in 2017 by Lenovations Press. These critically acclaimed comics are and written by Len Mihalovich with art by Phil Miller. The series falls under the genres of Action, Superheroes, and Adventure and is intended for a general audience. The comics are in English language and are of the Modern Age (1992-Now) era. The History of Section 12: Section 12 was a critically acclaimed indie comic book super hero series that debuted back in 1994. It had a 4 issue run published by Dilemma Productions as part of an anthology. In 1997 Section 12 got its own series through Mythic Comics. Unfortunately Mythic went out of business shortly after that and many stories were left untold . . . until now. What's it about: Section 12 is a comic that explored the idea that every year there are numerous scientific breakthroughs thanks to funding from government grants and private corporations. News of these advancements are widespread through the population, however little is heard about the hundreds of scientific failures that also occur each year. Enter Section 12, a top secret U.S. Government project which is designed to keep scientific failures out of the public eye. The project’s unique and often reluctant “retrieval team” is comprised of super-powered beings blackmailed into working for the government. Section 12 (Lost Adventures) are the tales we never got to tell. These two happen after the events of Section 12 (Flashback) #2 and are a great addition to that story-line.
