The cover, which has a quarter-inch sawcut on the top (which is how RCA marked its promo copies then), is otherwise perfect. It comes with an 8x10 inch black and white publicity photo of him and a five-page record company written biography. This promo material was only sent to radio stations and reviewers and was not included with commercial copies of this album.
