We bought these as backups but ended up not needing to deploy them. Everything was bought directly from Seagate and includes Seagate warranty. The drives have no hours other than any small hours that Seagate may have put on them for testing before shipping them to us. We did throw away the original packaging, but will be sure to package this very safely on a pallet. Please note that this unit is very heavy and the free delivery we include in the sale is for a regular pallet delivery to your address, but it does not include carrying the unit off the pallet, moving it up stairs, setting it up or anything of that nature.
