Description: Schumann Bavaria Empress Dresden Flowers Coffee Pot & Lid Schumann of Germany produced this pattern between 1945 and 1981. Based on the backstamp, I’m guessing this coffee pot was produced in the mid-20th century, but after WWII. Note that coffee pots for this pattern were made in several styles and sizes. About 9” tall with lid in place, 8-1/2” spout to handle. Condition: Very good used condition. There are a few small gray marks near the top and bottom of the spout and on the side. There is a small bit of something colorless below the floral band and a faint gray speck nearby. It catches the light in my photo but is not so obvious in normal lighting. Light wear to the leaves in the large floral spray on one side. There are a couple of faint gray specks on the rim and a discolored glaze pit deep inside. Gray smudges on the base from age/storage.
