Very showy from May to September, it bears a multitude of long light pink, blue, white, violet- blue flowers drooping over with the upper lips covered with long violet blue hairs. Easy to grow, there is no waiting around to see the fruit of your labor because the plant flowers during the first year. The plant is an attention getter even out of bloom because of the feathery foliage. The flowers attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees as frequent visitors.
