Description: Vintage Creazioni Artistiche Italy Silver 6”x7” Framed Sacred Heart of Jesus Relief. Mounted in a faux wood, gold and black frame. Has a loop on top for hanging. CONDITION NOTES: The frame has one imperfection on the bottom and a few small scuffs to the gold finish. There are some small dark spots on the cheek and nose, I’m not sure if it’s tarnished or ? (Please see last 2 photos.) Marks on the relief image include 925 in an oval, an “R” in a square and a “1 ÷ 2g” There is another mark in the end of the sleeve that has a 71 and something that is not clear. Here is some information I found online regarding similar markings: 1. For pieces created in resin or mastic then covered with 1 to 2 grams of 925 standard silver as shown by 1 ÷ 2 g 2. “The new mark is a R inside a square outline (the R is the abbreviation of 'Riempito' = filled in English).” This R mark appears to have been introduced in the late 1990’s. Please verify information provided to your satisfaction. This information comes from third party sources. There is a floral embellishment along side the relief with 3 small “crystals” in the centers of the 3 flowers. I don’t know what metal this floral piece is made of and could see no markings.
