This 1934 (presumed first) historic softcover booklet was written by Hugh J. McIntyre. It is filled with black and white photos, several maps, and tons of local history. This area is on the southern part of Vancouver Island in British Columbia. It includes the famous Butchart Gardens. This includes an additional insert about Butchart Gardens and the original envelope this came in. The envelope is in rough shape but has great graphics.
