Description: This relatively uncommon cover(pretty clean; but w 2, significant tears visible in the front, and w/ a back flap that's about 85-90% intact, but with a noticeable tear below it caused when the mail was first opened) was sent from Ryuzan, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to Nagano Prefecture, Japan, on January 14, 1939! The green, 4-Sen Japanese definitive is in very fine condition! The CDS from the Ryuzan P.O. is quite fine, but only about 66% legible. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a pretty nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
