Description: This is a carved birch bark trinket or jewlry box. This could be hand carved, but I won't guarantee that! Most of these seem to be hand carved from my research, but I don't have all the history on this cute little box, or the original origins of this box. This may not be from Russia. This box could be just a carving OF a Russian image. The top of this box shows a carved picture of what appears to be the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater in Russia. The inside of this trinket box is also carved with some trees. Measures approx: 5cm in diameter by 3cm tall. All of our items come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home.
