Full screen.Because of miller Kunz's boastfulness, his daughter Marie is imprisoned in the castle. Kunz claimed that she could spin straw into gold and now she is supposed to fill the king's empty coffers. Suddenly, a dwarf appears to the desperate Marie, offering to spin all the straw into gold if she promised him her first-born child. In her hour of need, the miller's daughter consents. A year later, Marie has married the king and their child is born. All of a sudden, the dwarf reappears, demanding his reward. Terrified, Marie implores him to let her keep her child. The dwarf responds with magnanimity, agreeing to waive his claim if she can guess his name. Quality: 8/10 **DVD-R are listed as "Like New". "Like New" seemed to be the most accurate description.
