Description: The Rhodesian military was renowned during the Bush War for innovative tactics and daring operations while badly outnumbered by communist-backed insurgents fighting while it was largely cut off from the rest of the world, becoming one of the Cold War's most infamous proxy conflicts, endlessly glamorized as a soldier's (mercenary's) paradise in the pages of the likes of Soldier of Fortune magazine. Rhodesia has attracted a resurgence of attention, and of course controversy again, in recent years. The set in this listing was bought new from What Price Glory, an extremely prolific manufacturer of reproduction uniforms and gear for all manner of 20th Century Conflicts. While it no longer has the original packaging, I personally never used it, so it's time to let it go to someone who can.
