Description: Rhipsalis ewaldiana A charming species from Brazil with 3-4 angled, dimorphic stems (two distinct forms). The new, primary stems range from light yellow-green to bronze-red, and grow for 6-8 inches or more - up to 24 inches long - and are 4-sided. The leaves or "secondary" segments are mostly three angled, and grow to 1 1/4" to 2 1/2" in length and about 1/4" thick. The 1/2" flowers appear on the secondary segments and are white; developing into pinkish, 1/4" fruits. When in fruit, the plants do look like an exotic Mistletoe! Naturally an epiphyte - growing in trees, Rhipsalis ewaldiana is an easy and decorative subject for hanging baskets and window gardens! This offering is for two 4-6" unrooted cuttings - freshly cut and dipped in rooting hormone. Healthy and true to name (and may show a few nicks and dings).
