Capacitor replacements will only be installed as necessary. If you would like a full system, preventative recap of your mainboard, power supply, and optical drive in addition to your service, consider a full recap addon. I only use replacement capacitors that match or exceed the ESR rating, ripple current tolerances, and endurance ratings of the original components chosen by Microsoft or their power supply and optical drive vendors. I obtain my replacements from reputable vendors instead of overseas brokers like many others do. Not all capacitors are created equally by their voltage rating and capacitance alone, and more often than not using the generic replacements that are sold in kits on Amazon and eBay will leave a system worse off than leaving the original components installed, provided they have not failed.
