Description: Weller Aurelian Ewer, Marked with Weller Aurelian Circle Stamp, 5.75” Tall I’m cleaning out miscellaneous pottery from my collection. They are priced accordingly to get them sold and out the door. Up for auction is this Weller Aurelian Ewer, with Great Artwork. The bottom marks include the Weller Aurelian Circle Stamp and the ewer mold number “487”. I do not see any artist initials, but they still may be present somewhere. This piece may have an older repair at the base of the handle, but there is no other damage, repairs, chips or firing defects noted. Note: the “defect” at the edge of the ewer bottom is where the pottery fining Stilts was removed and is not considered a chip. I use plenty of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts during packing to ensure each item arrives in the same condition I shipped it. See other auctions for additional pottery.
