Description: Mixed signs on the actual publication date. It has an Erratum tag which would lead me to believe it's an early pressing. The jacket has me confused. From my research the Star "Dollar" Series started in 1925 and had plain Dust Jackets for several years. This version has no Star mentioned on the jacket's spine. The rear advertising mentions the Star Series being cloth bound. This, I've read, was usually a feature of the De Luxe Star books which came in the 1930s. So if you can help me with dating this copy I'd appreciate it. Why a Erratum on a later edition with the same title page info? No dollar mention also seems odd for this line of books. It's in fair overall condition with DJ discoloration and wear as shown. Thanks for looking. Please see my photos for details.
