The glove is also firm in form and has a nice toughness to it ! So if you are catching high velocity fastballs then this glove will work very well ! The glove also has an incredible pocket as you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out ! Checkout the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball and the 6th photo shows how the glove looks in the closed position without a ball in the pocket ! The 7th photo shows how the glove can cradle 2 full size 12 inch round softballs at one time ! As far as fitting goes, the mitt is a snug fit on my average adult size hand ! The glove does have a Velcro wrist strap that works really well ! There is a faded name written on the mitt which is very hard to see and it blends in nicely with the glove !
