Rare vintage 1959 Barbie Ponytail number 2 and original clothing/swimsuit

Description: RARE vintage Barbie Ponytail number Two doll. NO GREEN EAR. With Mattel tagged clothing.PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION. This is a gorgeous very rare doll that was greatly loved and needs a good home.Extremely hard to find first year Mattel Barbie and a gem for any collector of nostalgia. Her original face paint is flawless to near flawless, with minor rubs to the eye ridges, and not retouched.High arched brows, black eyelashes, white pupil eyes, full red lips and matching fingernail polish. Her her is raven color, in its original factory set, ponytail is uncut. Has Japan (in box) on one foot. Marking: Barbie - Pat Pend. - MCMLVIII - by Mattel Inc. Clothing: She is wearing a signature early gown Enchanted Evening 983 pale pink (very good condition)and Barbie label rabbit hair stole, shown here back to front. Front has light age-related wear.She is wearing replacement silver gray closed toe pumps. Also part of this listing: 1) original black and white striped swimsuit (acceptable - in decent shape display condition) - no shoes 2) gold brocade dress Evening Splendour, Golden Girl 1959 - good condition - no shoes 3) 973 Sweet Dreams yellow version baby doll set 1959 - good condition - no shoes She is very nearly perfect; Her only tiny flaw is her toe tips are rubbed off one foot, easily hidden by closed toe shoes.
