Description: This is a rare and unique succulent. What a wonderful Lepismium. The serrated edges make this one, one of the best! The leaves can grow 2 ft long and grow in sprays that dance in the wind. This plant is fairly easy to grow. You need to give this one full to partial sun and water when dry. I recommend using a cactus soil mixed with 40% perlite and some bone meal. I use bone meal whenever I plant. I also use a rooting powder, although, not really necessary for succulents. So, mix your combination soil, moisten and make as many holes as you want to put in each pot.If you have rooting powder, wet the top 1" + of cutting, dip in powder and insert into the holes. When all are planted secure the soil around each cutting so they are tight and will not move.Spray around the surface and cuttings.Don't water until dry. You can lift the pot after moistening it, and lift for the first few weeks. When the pot is lighter (probably about a week) spray the soil and plant to remoisten. Keep the pot in the shade for the first 2 weeks, slowly introducing the plant to the sun and warmer conditions. In a couple of months you should be able to place in its 'final destination!!' Enjoy!
