RARE Signed Morris Katz Original Oil Painting On Board Landscape Framed Artwork

Description: Back story on this painting. I purchased it for myself at a sale, I brought it home and hung it up for exactly 24 hours before my cousin saw it hanging, and was shocked! She purchases art regularly and is involved in the art world and told me that it was an original Katz and that these paintings sold for a pretty good amount. I immediately took it down and listed it because to me, it was just a pretty painting, but to someone else, it could be a dream find. PLEASE READ- I'm not an art dealer, just a mom who uses the money from sales for her kids, so I don't have any info about this painting, other than what I researched online. The frame is original from the Morris Katz Art Studio in New York, the sticker is still attached. It has the markings on the back that say the picture is 16"x20" and the frame is 24"x28". The frame is so elaborate and gorgeous, there's some minor wear, some water marks along the edge, but truly a stunning frame that complements the painting perfectly.
