Description: Beautiful bowl back mandolin with lots of mother-of-pearl inlays.The mandolin is in very good condition for its age with a long line crack on the top near the center from below the sound hole to the tail piece. There are also a couple of small fine line repaired cracks on the top.This all solid wood instrument has light marks and normal signs of wear from age and use. The instrument is missing some inlay pieces along the edges on the headstock.The tunning machines are not original.Please enlarge and examine all the photos for the condition as they form part of the description.This beauty is ready to play as-is but needs attention to the top crack.Please check out our VDO clip for a sound demo by an amateur guitarist, not a mandolin player.The length is about 25".
