Description: Here is a beautiful and rare combo of azurite crystals perched on top of cerussite crystals. This is a combo I have not seen before from the Reichenbach-Katzenstein-Gadenheim area. There were numerous silicified veins that cross-cut marble quarries in the area of Raidelbach. Many amazing crystallized minerals occurred in vugs within the veins. Nowadays, the quarries have been reclaimed and landscaped so no opportunity for collecting with pieces only coming out of old collections like this one did. Really stunning piece and great for looking at under the 'scope'. 6.3x4.5x3.5 cm
