Description: Rare antique Indonesian Batak Shaman medicine container. Made of wood and bamboo. The wooden cover is carved with the shape of a human head. The round body is made of bamboo and carved with animal motifs and other medicinal symbols. The cover is fastened with a peg to the bamboo body. Very rare and in great condition. Height: 20 cm Weight: 117 grams As in most antiques, it is inevitably that some imperfections are hard to detect. The photographs form part of the description.
