Rare 19th Century Antique 13" Paper Mache Milliners Model Doll Exposed Ears

Description: What a wonderful piece of history! Her rosey cheeked sweet delicate face is framed by looped braids with a period hairstyle from the mid to late 19th century. Intricately carved hands showcase slender fingers. Her outfit is accentuated by a tiny waist and although distressed appears to be complete and original down to undergarments. The paper mache head is atop a leather stuffed and sewn body -- the leather is in great shape with intact stitching and still very well stuffed with no apparent loss to stuffing. You are not purchasing a new item ( and what a great thing that is! since we don't have time machines to get these little treasures which are disappearing), please review the photos for condition.
